1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pjoko ("the Company", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the pjoko website at pjoko.vip, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, account services, and payment facilities. These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device or browser used to access pjoko.vip.

By accessing pjoko.vip, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pjoko platform. pjoko reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one pjoko account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection. The following obligations apply to all registered account holders:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. pjoko will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. All activity occurring under your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• You must notify pjoko support at [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pjoko may temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is ongoing to protect your balance.
• You must complete identity verification (KYC) when requested by pjoko. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the mobile wallet used for deposits and withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.
• You must keep your registered contact information — particularly your mobile number — current and accurate at all times. Outdated contact details that prevent pjoko from reaching you for verification purposes may result in temporary restrictions on your account.
• You must not share your pjoko account with any other person or allow any third party to place bets or conduct transactions using your account. Shared account usage is a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

pjoko employs SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. You are responsible for the security of the device and browser environment from which you access pjoko. We recommend accessing your account only from personal, trusted devices and secure internet connections — particularly when conducting deposits or withdrawals from anywhere in Bangladesh.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

pjoko offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and VIP tier promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the terms attached to each promotion. Failure to satisfy the rollover within the specified validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared devices will result in cancellation of all bonus funds and may trigger a full account review.
• pjoko reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus may be modified if pjoko determines that a technical error, system fault, or player abuse has affected the integrity of the offer.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirement rules as bonus cash unless the promotion terms specify otherwise. Free spin winnings are typically capped at a maximum BDT value stated in the individual promotion terms.
• VIP tier rewards — including cashback, deposit bonuses, and exclusive BDT promotions around Bangladesh events such as Eid, BPL season, and Pohela Boishakh — are governed by the VIP programme terms published separately on the pjoko platform. Tier progression is calculated based on verified wagering volume over the relevant qualifying period.

7. Responsible Gaming

pjoko is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. The platform provides tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. All responsible gaming tools are available free of charge from within your pjoko account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their pjoko account. Once active, a deposit limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits to control time spent on the pjoko platform in any single sitting. A visible session timer is available within your account interface.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period your account will be inaccessible for betting and deposit activity, though withdrawal of any existing balance remains available.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling is causing harm may request permanent self-exclusion by writing to [email protected]. Once processed, the account will be permanently closed and the player added to pjoko's self-exclusion register. Requests to reverse a permanent self-exclusion will not be accepted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pjoko's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your pjoko account at the time the relevant claim arises. The following specific limitations apply:

• pjoko is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if pjoko has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• pjoko is not responsible for losses arising from network outages, internet service provider failures, device malfunctions, or disruptions to mobile payment services including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket that are outside pjoko's direct control.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect odds display, incorrect game payout, or a system-generated bet confirmation that would not have been available under normal operating conditions, pjoko reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to the player's account.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pjoko's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pjoko's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

pjoko reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pjoko will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details on file — typically by a notification displayed upon next login. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document under "Last Updated".

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of pjoko after any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a revised version, you must cease using pjoko immediately and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance by contacting [email protected].
